Airbnb Cleaning Cost in Miami (2026): Turnover Prices & Fees

By Nicholas Denezh, Founder of WEPRO · Published August 8, 2026

An Airbnb turnover is not the same job as a normal house clean. The cleaner has a fixed checkout-to-check-in window, beds and linens must match the listing, supplies must be restored, damage must be documented, and the property has to be ready for a guest who will judge every missed detail publicly.

That difference is why a useful Miami cleaning quote must answer two questions: what will this exact property cost per turnover, and what is included when something goes wrong?

Miami Airbnb turnover cleaning prices in 2026

Current published Miami offers show starting prices around $129 per turnover, while another local 2026 guide places a standard 2-bedroom around $100-$175. Those headline numbers are useful for orientation, but they do not describe the same scope. Laundry, linen handling, restocking, parking, same-day timing and photo verification can all sit outside a basic clean.

For initial budgeting, use these broad planning ranges:

PropertyTypical planning range per turnover
Studio or 1-bedroom$100-$150
2-bedroom condo$120-$190
3-bedroom home$160-$250
4+ bedroom home or villa$220-$400+

These are market planning ranges, not a WEPRO quote or price promise. A 900-square-foot condo with easy parking and in-unit laundry is a different operation from a waterfront house with six beds, a pool area and a same-day turnover. See the published local examples from Cleaning Miami and Surge, then request an exact quote for the property rather than buying from a starting price.

What changes the real turnover cost

Bedrooms, bathrooms and beds. Beds often drive labor more accurately than square footage. A two-bedroom with four separate sleeping surfaces takes longer than a simple two-bedroom set up for four guests.

Laundry. Ask whether washing, drying, folding and linen replacement are included, done off-site or charged separately. Same-day turnovers need enough backup linen to avoid making check-in depend on one dryer cycle.

Parking and building access. Paid parking, loading restrictions, elevators, front-desk registration and long walks from the vehicle all add time before cleaning begins.

Restocking. Coffee, paper goods, toiletries and cleaning supplies need a defined par level. The price should say whether the team only reports low stock or actually replaces it.

Same-day and emergency timing. A normal scheduled turnover is easier to staff than a late checkout, biohazard, smoke-odor job or last-minute call-out.

Quality control. A cheap clean that creates a refund, re-clean or low review is not cheap. Photo verification and a clear correction process should be part of the comparison.

What a proper Airbnb turnover should include

A complete guest-ready reset should cover:

  • full clean of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas;
  • fresh linen and towels, with beds staged like the listing photos;
  • restaging furniture, cushions and visible amenities;
  • consumables and inventory check;
  • damage, stain and missing-item documentation;
  • timestamped photo report;
  • final check of lights, temperature, locks and guest-ready presentation.

Confirm the exclusions in writing. Deep cleaning, exterior areas, grills, pools, excessive pet hair, smoke odor, stain treatment, off-site laundry and supply purchases are commonly separate from a standard turnover.

Cleaning cost vs. the cleaning fee guests see

The operational cost and guest cleaning fee do not have to match exactly. Airbnb lets hosts set a standard fee and a lower fee for one- or two-night stays. More importantly, US guests now see a fee-inclusive total before taxes, so moving cost into a separate line does not hide it.

Airbnb’s own guidance says a high cleaning fee can discourage bookings, and that total price and listing quality matter in search compared with nearby alternatives. The right test is therefore not “does the guest cover my cleaner?” It is: is my total price competitive for the stay lengths I want? See Airbnb’s current cleaning-fee guidance and its explanation of US total-price display.

For example, a $150 cleaning cost has a very different effect on a two-night booking than on a seven-night stay:

Stay lengthCleaning cost per booked night
2 nights$75.00
4 nights$37.50
7 nights$21.43

That is why cleaning fee, minimum stay and nightly rate must be set together. During soft periods, a lower short-stay fee can improve conversion; during peak demand, a longer minimum stay spreads the same operational cost across more nights. Our Miami seasonal pricing guide explains how that changes through the year.

The operational questions that matter more than the lowest quote

Before choosing a turnover service, ask:

  1. Who monitors the booking calendar and schedules every clean?
  2. Is same-day turnover included?
  3. What exactly happens if a cleaner cancels?
  4. Are laundry, linen and consumables included?
  5. Do I receive a photo report before check-in?
  6. Who corrects a failed clean, and how quickly?
  7. Is the number quoted the complete price for that scope?

WEPRO uses recurring turnover volume to secure competitive partner pricing instead of treating every property as a one-off retail job. The owner receives one property-specific, all-in price before booking; WEPRO handles the calendar, scheduling and quality control.

You can request Airbnb cleaning in Miami as a standalone service, or include it inside the operations system around our 10% Full Management plan. Send the property size, area, number of beds, laundry setup and expected turnover window, and we will return an exact quote within 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Airbnb cleaning cost in Miami?

Published Miami turnover prices commonly start around $100-$150 for a smaller unit, while a standard 2-bedroom often falls around $120-$190. Larger homes, laundry, restocking, parking and same-day timing can move the total substantially. These are planning ranges, not a WEPRO quote.

Is an Airbnb cleaning fee the same as the cleaner's price?

Not necessarily. The guest cleaning fee is part of your pricing strategy; the turnover cost is what it actually takes to reset the property. A host may charge less than cost for short stays, recover part through the nightly rate, or use a different short-stay fee.

What should an Airbnb turnover clean include?

A proper turnover should include the full clean, beds and linens, restaging, supplies check, damage check, photo verification and a final guest-ready inspection. Confirm laundry, consumables and emergency call-backs in writing because they are not included in every quote.

Should I charge guests the full cleaning cost?

Not automatically. US guests see a fee-inclusive total price, and Airbnb warns that an excessive cleaning fee can reduce bookability. Compare the total guest price for a realistic stay against similar listings, not only the fee line.

Can WEPRO provide cleaning without full management?

Yes. Turnover cleaning and other physical services can be booked separately. WEPRO sends one all-in property-specific quote and handles scheduling and quality control.
